Wednesday: Forgot to blog this morning because I went directly over to the Elem to work. They are moving 8 classrooms around and we have to hook up all the LCD projectors where the teachers are moving to. Many of the cables are missing and I had to scrounge to find stuff to make it all work. I'm still missing a sound splitter in Mrs. Pragman's room. We will be going back and forth there for another week or so. I have some refurbished PC's coming next Wednesday so that will be more work. We are usually pretty busy.

I worked on the computers on the desk in the lab the left one just needed window updates and the right one needed a new harddrive.
Nothing went right today. Me and Cole went up to the library to look at computers that were having problems logging in. Two of them logged in just fine (operator error on a student's part?) the other had some error and whenever we tried to log in it stayed at the Novell loading icon. We shut it restarted it. It would go through the Windows loading screen and then go to a black screen. So we brought it back to the lab. Then I had to work on the computer that was done reformatting but it said that it couldn't detect the hard drive. So basically...I got nothing done.
Today I stayed in the computer lab.. tested a hard drive, it was junk. Moved a monitor from the server room to the Girl's locker room. And lastly I reformated a windows 98 to XP.
Today I went over to the elementary and worked in Mrs. Schmidt's room and she had 3 computers that weren't working. One I didn't have anything to work on, another one the monitor wouldn't work even when I hooked it up to another monitor, I thought it was the graphics card but it could be the memory or hard drive. The last computer was running slow so I did a disk clean up and deleted some old files. I was supposed to help Mrs. K with some smartboard stuff but the disk clean up took a long time so I wasn't able to. Sorry Mrs. K.
I worked on the computers in the lab again....
