Tuesday: Today is turning into a very busy day. Had to move some equipment and hook it up at the Rock House and get the switches ready for installation tomorrow. Speaking of which, I will be out and about tomorrow installing switches for our new video system. I'll have everyone call me if I'm not in my office and I'll tell you where to meet me.

Monday: Today I am going to try to plan out the location and installation of all of the new switches for our video camera system. Hopefully you all will be helping me install those over the rest of the week.

Thursday: Ok, I'm not seeing a response from all 4 of you every day. A big part of first quarter is your blog and learning all the new stuff and trying to remember it. If I tell you how to do something new and it is something you don't think you could do again on your own, then write it down! I haven't seen anyone write down any instructions yet. I'm still reminding you how to do some of the same things over and over. Let's start taking notes and blogging daily!

Thursday: I have a sheet of all the printer IP addresses for you to put into your folder. I want everyone to memorize the subnet mask (255.255.0.0), Gateway (10.10.0.254), and the 3 DNS numbers (150.199.8.8, 150.199.1.29, and 150.199. 199.8). I will be asking you these numbers sometime next week--Tuesday or Wednesday. Also know that the 10.10.1.xx numbers are for printers, 10.10.2.xx for teachers, 10.10.3.xx for elementary, 10.10.4.xx for HS, and 10.10.5.xx for MS. If you have questions, be sure to ask.

Tuesday: Welcome back from the holiday weekend. Hope everyone had a great, relaxing weekend. The weather could have been nicer, but at least we are off. I'm trying to catch up from being gone on Friday and I'm sure I'll have something for everyone to do today. Have a good week.

I managed to get all of the teachers fonts uploaded but Mrs. Isenberg cannot get into her powerteacher or outlook and a netsweeper message pops up saying that "the settings restrict the use of POP3 incoming mail" idk what i could do so im leaving it to you guys lol

Friday: I was invited to a meeting today at Eugene HS with other technology directors from around the area and I've decided to go. Therefore you won't see me today but when this happens I usually leave a note taped to my monitor or a note here on the blog for what you are supposed to do. I'll do the monitor today until you get used to using the blog all the time. You still need to leave a comment on what you do every day even if it sit in the lab and count the bricks. :) Be good, you are in this class because you are trustworthy! Don't let me down.

Thursday: I think we will get started on redoing the entire HS computer lab. It will be a big job but none of the computers are running well so we will wipe them clean and give them a fresh start.
