Know the Gateway, subnet mask, and DNS numbers by heart;
know the groupings for the IP addresses like 10.10.2 is for all teachers (what is .3, .4, and .5 used for?);
why do computers have tcp/ip numbers?;
if a computer has a virus, what can you do to clean it;
if a computer cannot print, what steps would you take to diagnose the problem;
why is it necessary to keep Windows updated?;
what is the ping command used for?;
We have 5 contexts, what is each one used for?
a pc cannot connect to the Internet, what are at least 3 things you can check?;
a pc has a virus, what steps would you take to clean it?
